Our reformer classes are low-impact that are designed to build strength, increase mobility and improve overall fitness. Wether you’ve tried reformer pilates before or you are new, we cater all levels.
Soul Essential

Get acquainted with the fundamentals of the pilates method, you’ll be seeing and feeling the differences in no time.
Soul Essential focuses on your form, technique and breath. It is a perfect class for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or for those who love to work on their technique.
Soul Flow

Get in the flow with full-body muscle control, balance and coordination.
Soul Flow is designed to challenge your stability and coordination. This is an intermediate to advanced class and it is recommended to attend at least 2 Essential classes.
Soul Pre/Post Natal

Get in the focus on building strength and stability to your core during pregnancy.
Soul Pre/Post Natal designed to educate expecting moms about the benefits prenatal pilates and postpartum. Our session is focused on support your change body whilst feeling safe and strong.
