At Soul we believe that pilates is not only a trend, it is an internal part of our lifes. Our boutique studio features 8 reformer only, ensuring intimate class sizes, dynamic teaching and personalized attention that larger studios simply cannot provide. It is our believe that reformer pilates should be a premium, personalized experience nourishing our body, mind & soul. This intimate setting allows our instructors to focus on your individual form and progress in every session.

Our classes are overall designed to cater everyone at any level. If your are new to reformer pilates we recommend to book into the soul essential class. This class will guide you through the principles of pilates.

It is mandatory to wear grippy socks in our classes to flow with us and available to purchase at the studio. Our studio is shoe-free.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing that allows movement and stretching. Grip socks are mandatory for each class.

As part of our studio policy to practice punctuality and fairness, we reserve the right to deny entry to them who arrive past the start time of the class.

You can cancel your class 24 hours in advance. Class cancellations outside of the 24h window cannot be refunded and you lose your credit.
We strongly encourage to cancel classes ahead of time to allow others to book in.

If you like to practice pilates with us during pregnancy, please get your doctor’s approval first. We offer a designed class for pre/post natal.
After birth we will be delighted to welcome you back at the studio, with your doctor’s approval, at a minimum of 6 weeks following a natural birth, 10-12 weeks post C-section.

We strongly recommend that you speak to your doctor about what is appropriate for you before attending any kind of exercise. If you are unsure, drop us a line before booking and we can advise. We recommend letting your trainer know at the start of every session if you have an injury.
